Crow Creek Sioux Tribe One Time CARES Act Distribution
Pursuant to CCST Tribal Resolution and & Guidelines of Distribution:
- It is important that you state how you have been effected by COVID-19.
- If enrolled member is not on utility, please call your provider and have enrolled member’s name added.
- Mortgage is allowed.
- Assistance can be used toward down payment for a new rental.
- Split payments are not allowed.
- Only (1) assistance per home, regardless of amount of families in home.
- Application must include a copy or picture of utility bill and Tribal ID.
- Fax or email picture of Tribal ID, utility bill and application to: CCST Finance Department (Fax #605-245-2216)
- Tribal Member applying MUST be Head of Household AND have utility or rent or propane in their name.
- Applications will not be accepted without proper documentation. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Electrical or rental/mortgage or propane billing can be current and/or delinquent.
- CCST will make a payment on a single bill with a maximum payment of $500!
Applications will be accepted beginning at 8:00 am on Friday, July 10, 2020 and the closing date for accepting applications will be at 4:30 pm on Friday, July 31, 2020.
Complete applications for assistance will be processed as they are received.
The one-time distribution will be made payable to vendors only! No individual members of the Tribe will receive payment. This is not a per capita payment. This is a work in progress and constantly evolving. These requirements and guidelines may be strict but gives the opportunity to maximize the assistance to as many people as possible.
